Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The competition is open to an underage G.A.A. club affiliated to Wexford G.A.A., aged 16 years and under. Entrants must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate.

This competition is not open to employees and/or servants and/or agents of Wexford G.A.A and Chadwicks Group Limited (Chadwicks), or any of its subsidiaries. This exclusion includes anyone professionally connected with this promotion or their immediate families.

Both Chadwicks and Wexford G.A.A. are joint promoters of this competition

Competition Period: The competition will run from 28/08/2025 until 14/09/2025. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

Entry Method: Entrants must fill out the form at Chadwicks.ie//wexford-park-training-competition

Prize: The prize consists of a squad (max 30 players) aged 16 and/or below to partake in a training session in the agreed venue. The training session will be conducted by a selection of Wexford G.A.A. coaches and players. Coaches and players, subject to availability.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The winner will be notified by phone call or email by 16/09/25. The decision of Chadwicks and Wexford G.A.A. is final in all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoters are excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of the prize.

Entrants must be willing to travel to the agreed venue to avail of the prize at a time/date agreed with Chadwicks and Wexford G.A.A.

Verification: The winning club may be required to provide proof of age, residency and list of participating club members. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Adult Accompaniment: The winning team must be accompanied by a responsible adult, and it is the responsibility of the club to ensure safety policies of the club are adhered to. It is the responsibility of the club to provide a competent adult for the event and to ensure that all participants have the relevant permissions from parents/guardians to attend. Participants must be a member of the winning football club and must rely on the insurance of their club and or governing body.

 

Publicity: By entering the competition, participants agree to participate in any publicity or promotional activities associated with the competition. This may include the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Disqualification: Chadwicks and Wexford G.A.A. reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms and conditions, provides false information, or engages in any fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.

Changes to Terms: Chadwicks and Wexford G.A.A. reserve the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Data Protection: Personal information provided by entrants will be used in accordance with the privacy policy of Chadwicks and Wexford G.A.A. and applicable data protection laws.
