Click & Collect at Chadwicks is a free service. When collecting your order, please have your order confirmation email to hand. Within 24 hours of a customer not collecting their order we will be in touch to confirm you are still collecting the order. If goods remain un-collected we will cancel your order and process a refund for the cost of the goods. Once we have prepared and picked your order you will recieve a SMS confirming your order is ready for collection. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact your selected branch directly.
