  • How much does Click & Collect cost?

    Click & Collect at Chadwicks is a free service.

  • What do I need to bring when collecting my order?

    When collecting your order, please have your order confirmation email to hand.

  • How long will my order be held in store?

    Within 24 hours of a customer not collecting their order we will be in touch to confirm you are still collecting the order. If goods remain un-collected we will cancel your order and process a refund for the cost of the goods.

  • When will my order be ready to collect?

    Once we have prepared and picked your order you will recieve a SMS confirming your order is ready for collection.

  • Can I cancel my Click & Collect order?

  • How do I return an item?

    If you have any questions or issues with any products you have purchased either in-store or online, please contact your local branch where you purchased the products from, and we will be happy to help.   • I have a Chadwicks credit account, can I order items for click & collect and pay for items using my credit balance?
