Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The prize can be availed of by two adults and a maximum of four children. There must be a minimum of one adult accompanying the children at the match. Competition entrants must be over 18 years old.
Participation in this competition denotes acceptance of these terms and conditions and any additional competition specific terms and conditions which may be published.
This competition is not open to employees and/or servants and/or agents of both Shelbourne FC 2018 (Shelbourne) and Chadwicks Group Limited (Chadwicks), or any of Chadwicks Group companies meaning, for these purposes; Cork Builders Providers Limited, Davies Limited, Telfords (Portlaoise) Limited, HSS Hire Ireland Limited, Cygnum Timber Frame Limited and Cygnum Limited. This exclusion also applies to anyone professionally connected with this promotion or their immediate families.

Competition Period: The competition will run from Thursday 23/04/2026 until midnight Monday 11/05/2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
Entry Method: Entrants must fill out the form at Chadwicks.ie/Shelbourne.
Prize: The prize consists of a VIP Family experience. This includes:
- Two adult and max four child tickets to a game selected by the winner.
- One mascot experience (max. five children). The mascot experience is subject to availability and will be communicated to the winner in advance.
- Meet and greet for the family with Shelbourne players after the game.
- The winning family will also receive signed Shelbourne jerseys (two adult, maximum four child jerseys).
- If due to due to circumstances beyond the promoters’ control, a prize becomes unavailable, the promoters reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal value without incurring any liability towards competition entrants.
- The promoters reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend a competition and/or vary competition rules at any time without prior notice and without incurring any liability towards competition entrants.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The winner will be notified by phone call or email by X. The decision of Chadwicks and Shelbourne is final in all promotional matters, and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoters are excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to the winner arising from their acceptance of the prize. Nor will the promoters have any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this competition or any of the prizes awarded or not awarded (as the case may be).
- Entrants must be willing to travel to the agreed venue to avail of the prize at a time/date agreed with Chadwicks and Shelbourne. Travel to/from the game is at the winners’ own cost.
Verification: The winning family may be required to provide proof of age for the children. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
- Adult Accompaniment: The winning family must be accompanied by a responsible adult, and it is the responsibility of the family to ensure safety policies are adhered to.
Publicity: By entering the competition, participants agree to participate in any publicity or promotional activities associated with the competition. This may include the use of their name, likeness, photo and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Disqualification: Chadwicks and Shelbourne reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms and conditions, provides false information, or engages in any fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.
Changes to Terms: Chadwicks and Shelbourne reserve the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Data Protection: Personal information provided by entrants will be used in accordance with the privacy policy of Chadwicks and Shelbourne and applicable data protection laws.
