Terms & Conditions for My Retrofit Contractors

Chadwicks Group Limited will facilitate an introduction between the end user and the registered contractor.
The contract for the purchase and installation of the products and services is subject to a contract agreement between the registered contractor and the end user.
Chadwicks Group Limited is not a party to any contract between the end user and registered contractor and has no liability to either party.
The contractor (Retrofit Partner) must be registered/certified by the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland.
The contractor (Retrofit Partner) must hold a credit account within the Chadwicks Group.
