Competition Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The competition is open to underage members of boxing clubs affiliated to the Irish Athletic Boxing Association, aged 16 years and under. Entrants must have consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate.

This competition is not open to employees and/or servants and/or agents of Chadwicks Group Limited (Chadwicks), or any of its subsidiaries. This exclusion includes anyone professionally connected with this promotion or their immediate families.

Chadwicks are sole promoters of this competition.

Competition Period: The competition will run from 26/11/2025 until 14/12/2025. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

Entry Method: Entrants must fill out the form at Chadwicks.ie/BoxingWinATrainingSession. 

Prize: The prize consists of two boys and two girls aged 16 and/or below to partake in a training session in the agreed venue. There are four individual winners selected. The training session will be conducted by Jack Marley and Jennifer Lehane.

Winner Selection: The winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The winners’ parent or legal guardians will be notified by phone call or email by 16/12/25. The decision of Chadwicks is final in all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoters are excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to participants and the winners arising from their acceptance of the prize.

Entrants must be willing to travel to the agreed venue to avail of the prize at a time/date agreed with Chadwicks. Travel to/from the training session will be at the winners’ own expense.

Verification: The winners may be required to provide proof of age, residency and IABA membership. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Adult Accompaniment: The winners must be accompanied by a responsible adult. All participants must have the relevant permissions from parents/guardians to attend.

Publicity: By entering the competition, participants agree to participate in any publicity or promotional activities associated with the competition. This may include the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Disqualification: Chadwicks reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms and conditions, provides false information, or engages in any fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.

Changes to Terms: Chadwicks reserve the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Data Protection: Personal information provided by entrants will be used in accordance with the privacy policy of Chadwicks and applicable data protection laws.
