Buying From Chadwicks Online

+ Who can buy online from Chadwicks?

Currently only existing Chadwicks trade account holders will have access to our eCommerce service.

+ How do I buy online?

Buying products online with Chadwicks is easy. Sign in and you’ll be able to browse all of our products and place orders for next day delivery from your home branch or collection from a selection of branches. Then simply check-out to complete your order.

+ How do I buy in a branch?

Buying in branch is easy. Drop in to your local branch, pick up off the shelf any of the products you're looking for, head over to the checkout with your trade account number, trade cash card or pay by cash. Job done!

+ How do return an item?

If you've got any questions or issues with any products you have purchased either in-store or online, please contact your local branch where you purchased the products from, and we will be happy to help.

+ How do I provide customer feedback?

Please contact the branch concerned and speak to a member of the team regarding your feedback. If you are unable to visit or contact your local branch, you can email us at [email protected] and we will respond to your feedback as soon as possible.


Click & Deliver | How it Works?

Need your items delivered directly to your job or site? Our Click & Deliver service enables you to order large and small items or materials and have them delivered to site with next day delivery available.

Please note that next day deliveries are subject to terms and conditions, with a cut off time of 1.00pm Monday to Thursday. 

  • Shop online and choose the items you need - choose ‘Delivery’ at the point of order completion.
  • We’ll be in touch - you'll receive email confirmation from us to give you status updates on your order.
  • Do you need to be there when the order is delivered? Yes - you, or an adult representative, need to be present. All deliveries are delivered to the kerbside only.
  • How long will my delivery take? We aim to fulfil all Click & Deliver orders on a next day basis, however if there is a specific delivery date required customers are asked to include this delivery date request within the customer notes section of the ordering process.

T&C's for Trade Account Customers:

  • In order to avail of next day delivery for online orders, customers should place orders before 1.00pm Monday to Thursday for deliveries Monday to Friday.
  • All delivery lead times are subject to product availability.
  • Customer orders containing special items; large/bulky items; or orders containing products with extended lead times, may experience longer lead times on the delivery of their orders. Delivery charges may apply.

Click & Collect | How it Works?

With our Click & Collect service you can buy products online and collect at selected Chadwicks branches.

  • Select your products and collection branch - choose the products you need and add them to your basket by selecting 'Add to Basket' and then choosing ‘Click & Collect’ when on your “Basket” page. You can select branch you would like to collect from on this page.
  • Pay for your order - when you’re ready to complete your order, select ‘Your Basket’, and then choose check-out for Delivery or Click & Collect. Credit account holders can charge orders to their account or Trade Cash accounts can use a credit of debit card to complete their transaction. Once your order has be completed you will receive your unique order reference number and order confirmation email.
  • Collect your Order - after your order has been picked and prepared, you will receive a SMS to confirm your order is ready for collection and you should proceed to the branch to collect. When you arrive in branch, please proceed to the dedicated Click & Collect area where a member of the team will help to service your order.

  • When will my order be ready to collect? Your order will be available to collect within 3 hours up to 1.00pm (Monday to Friday)
  • What do I need to bring when collecting my order? Please have your order confirmation to hand.
  • How do I add or remove an item from my order? After your order is complete you can no longer add items, change, or cancel your order. How do I create a Project List?

Creating a list couldn’t be easier.

  1. Simply log in and go to the projects area.
  2. Click ‘Create a new project’ to create a list of all the building materials you need.
  3. Once you’ve set up your project list, you can then go straight to the products you require and click ‘add to project’.

What happens next?

When your list is finished, you can choose to either send it to your local sales representative for a materials quote, print it out, or email a quote directly to your customer.
